Bad experience with a company that…

Bad experience with a company that doesn’t explain the rules clearly and collects ahead of time on membership payments. Asking for your Bank Account info to issue a credit while you paid on a credit card. Still owe me 2 payments for $562, will connect with their top brass shortly.

Hi Francois,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Transparency is fundamental to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
We recognise that your main concern is about the overpayment refund. Due to a system migration effective February 2024, we are temporarily not able to process the refunds through a credit card and we need a copy of your bank details to have them processed manually. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
A member of our team has already been in contact with you on this matter, please respond to them with the details requested.
Thank you,
Lorraine Brule
