Regus has one of the worst billing…
Regus has one of the worst billing systems I've ever encountered. Their invoices are incredibly confusing and unnecessarily complicated, making it very difficult to understand what you're being charged for.
On top of that, they require substantial upfront payments, often charging two months in advance plus a retainer. As a new tenant, it can feel like you're paying three or even four months upfront from the very beginning.
The pricing is also significantly higher than average—roughly 50% more than comparable office space providers.
While the property managers are generally professional and friendly at most locations, I would personally avoid the Arden location in Sacramento, CA.
Overall, my biggest concerns are the confusing billing practices and high costs.
