No problems. Arrived on time (in freezing conditions) and erected awning. So far very good although winter is not the best time to need an awning!

A very good company. They follow up. The agent was very honest and told us what we need and why. There was no occult extra cost. Punctual, they came, did there work very nice and clean, show us how to use it.
The pergola works quite nice, the fabric the same we pick and the quality is outstanding. Price for quality is good.

A very positive experience and a fantastic product
We are absolutely delighted with the Glass Room from Regal Awnings. The product is absolutely superb, and the teams that came to measure up and to fit the Glass Room were extremely friendly and professional. The fitting was inside a week from start to finish.
When we had a small issue with the sealant at one point once we'd started experiencing heavy rain, they were quick to respond with a fix. Rare professionalism and a polite, friendly manner from everyone we've had dealings with. Would highly recommend looking into - no ordinary conservatory!

Regal installers arrived about 9:15 am. The awning was fitted, tested and usaged all explained in a couple hours or less. Very impressed with them, the workmanship and quality of product.
