Not what I expected

I was expecting a complicated and deliberately obtuse process to request a refund.

The process was straightforward and the requirements were fair. My claim was reviewed and approved in a few hours.

Super quick and easy

Super easy and helpful and the payment came through within a few hours of starting the process, and was in my bank within 10 minutes of my confirmation email. I was stressing about the process as this is the first time I’ve needed to claim a refund in many years of buying the refundable tickets. Thankyou.
