Great company to work with. We are very hands off and they take care of everything for us. I highly recommend them and plan to use their services for the foreseeable future!

We were approached by Richard from RefundPros at the very start of 2022, and he offered us something that almost appeared to be too good to be true. He told us that for any given fulfillment operation, a noticeable amount of shipments end up being delivered late, and that we would be able to save tens of thousands by partnering with them so they could audit these shipments and submit refund requests on our behalf.

By nature I am pretty skeptical, but being that their business model dictates they only get paid a percentage once their clients get paid, it seemed to me that there was very little risk. So we signed up.

PROS:
They do what they say they do. It's NOT all smoke and mirrors. We've saved thousands over about 3 months of partnering with them. I predict that over the span of an entire year, we're going to save maybe $20,000 we were previously just donating to our carrier.

Could you submit these claims yourself? I looked into it and you certainly could. But with Canada Post at least, their systems make this exceedingly difficult to do and there are so many variables, it's likely cheaper (and absolutely easier) to just to use RefundPros from what I can tell.

The implementation was super quick and easy. We just gave them access to our shipping account and they went to work.

I also want to state that our rep Richard has been very pleasant to deal with - which goes a long ways in today's age of automation and de-personalization.

CONS:
I did find that their estimations/claims on how much a company will get back and what % of shipments are subject to a refund a tad optimistic, but I imagine depending on on the carrier, a business probably *could* see the kinds of numbers in some cases. I will also state that I think that the percentage they take is a little on the high side, but if you consider the $0 you were making on NOT submitting these refunds before, it makes the high commission a whole lot more palatable. It's quite challenging to complain about a commission when you're getting 5 digits of savings.

In short, I highly recommend this company. The whole experience has been solid and the savings over time just cannot be denied.

RefundPros is fantastic! We have a growing Canadian e-commerce business and ship primarily using Canada Post. With order volumes increasing it became more cumbersome & time consuming for our CSR’s to file for, and chase down, all of the various Canada Post shipping guarantees. Enter RefundPros. At first we thought this was too good to be true, but Vanessa was great at explaining the business model, refund program, fees, etc. It has been a very easy ‘set-it-and-forget-it’ system for our business, and we have recouped hundreds of dollars in only a couple of years (and with minimal effort on our part).
