Have loved using Refund Pros. We definitely didn't have the time to go through and check for late shipping from Canada Post. So it's a great service they provide. They also made me aware of glitch in our shipping app that was causing duplicate labels to be created which saved us a ton on unused labels.

Simply put: the setup was relatively painless, the service we have received from their team is always excellent, and they strive to make the process as easy on us as possible. After finding a couple thousand of dollars by submitting a few documents, this was an easy decision!

I never knew this service existed until we received a call from a customer service rep. They make the integration easy and we are refunded money that we never would get otherwise. We ship many Canada Post orders and one month recently, the refund we received was greater than our bill so we had a credit, WOW! We just don't have the manpower to track every order ourselves. RefundPros makes it incredibly easy! Worth every penny!

Had a great chat with Belinda, she reached out to follow up with our account. She covered our account since we set it up and explained how we were doing. We noticed that we had missed a carrier when getting set up, so we added that during the call. Overall very helpful and a great company to work with. There's no downside to signing up with this company as they are going to get you money refunded you didn't even realize you had.

Great company to deal with. Easy integration and good amount of reimbursements that we weren't chasing down previously. Worth it for any business and quick replies to questions. Would recommend for any company and much cheaper than trying to manage it internally.

Everyone is great that I have ever had to talk to, and even the analytics we receive is great (more than "just a cheque in the mail" service when there is a late order ). The system is simple, automatic, and does everything that it needs to do.
