just a scam.

Bought their new 23 ultra case a month ago
never even got a tracking number.
the support never answers too, im have a on going dispute with paypal to get my money back

this is 100% fraud.

I ordered the goods on 29.5. 2024 (on the page they wrote that the goods are in stock)

I also paid extra for faster delivery of 3 - 7 business days (which in my case meant it would arrive no later than 7.6.2024)

To date (17.6.2024) I have no goods.

I have sent a lot of emails to the "company" asking where the goods are, why it is taking so long, whether they can refund me etc.

And the replies are machine-like in the sense of:

- we have forwarded your message to a certain department
- we have forwarded the refund request to the department
- the rep department has confirmed that they have already sent your shipment

and so on and so forth. I don't have a tracking number, I don't have the money and I don't have the product.

Avoid this fraudulent company 100%, you will get nothing. This is a guaranteed scam.

Bought a case. They said it was MagSafe compatible in their advertisement.
I write them an email and it is a standard robot response saying I can’t get a refund.

I am currently still waiting on a response for my demand of a refund.
But all I can say now is. DONT BUY!!

I received the case. It works. The pictures are upside down when casting the pictures to the case. You can turn the pictures 180 degrees though

Also on the website it says the case is the 4-color version. I received the 3-color version.
I consider this a scam. If I’ll receive a refund I’d raise this review to a 3.

Edit: They want to provide me with the correct version of the case. I haven‘t received a case until now. It has been 4 months.

Same scammers from Reinkstone with a different name. Such a shame, after scamming millions of dollars in kickstarter and lying every step of the way now they change their name to keep scamming people.
