Seamless experience quality service

Reflexmd double charged my bank Dec…

Reflexmd double charged my bank Dec 2025. On the 20th of Dec and 31st of Dec, the second charge unfortunately impacted my bank account negatively. To use a coupon they offer at $347.00 a month, you must call every 3 months to request the coupon or be charged $497.00. They also charge prior to shipment.
However, I had a great experience with the semaglutide.
Reflexmd in my opinion is not a transparent company.

Semaglutide combined with the Simple program

I am so incredibly happy with my Semaglutide experience. I wish it were not so expensive but you have to take the good with the bad. My journey began in January. I'm 5'2" and weighed 154#. I was very depressed at my inability to lose weight so I signed up with ReflexMD and began taking Semaglutide. I followed the monthly progression for the injections but I also signed up for a program called Simple. This put me on a program of fasting, tracking my activity and weight loss. It also allowed you to take a picture of your food which in detail told you how good your meal was for weight loss. I only did the Simple program for 3 months but it helped me a lot on my continued journey. I have met my target goal of 120# and am trying to establish a maintenance dose that will keep me at my goal. I can't say enough about Semaglutide.

I stopped using the a year and a half ago because they are dishonest

I haven't used this company because of shady things going on.. I don't think I was even getting medicine in the vials. I haven't used them since july of 2024 ok. Tell me why they tried to charge my account today for $497 on December 31, 2025? They are scamming people and I am not letting this go. It even shows that no paperwork has been done or anything!! I just can't believe they would try to hit my account for $497 .. especially when I wasn't even paying that much when I was a patient of theirs!! People like this needs to be stopped. Just for the record . I now get these meds from my Dr and am losing weight.. I have lost over 20 lbs in a month!! So now I KNOW I wasn't getting the real medicine in those vials. These people are ripoffs. I would've only given them 0 starts but it's not an option. That 4.5 star rating is bs. I'm sure they have people they know personally putting out those good reviews!! This place is a joke! Do not trust them!!

I had to cancel WITHIN an hour of placing my order. I did so via text email and voicemail. After over 26 annoying and repetitive communications they agreed only to refund half my $1500, stating it’s impossible to stop. !!!!!!
