Refine are a very good company, I have used several pharmacies before and none are as reliable. Deliveries come fast and the communication is great. I only use refine now

Usually I have an amazing experience with Refine, however when my order was put on hold I wasn't informed of the fact or the reason behind it. Luckily I ordered a week in advance and if I hadn't have checked my order status I would have lost appointment for a client. I had to call for an update and this then got resolved because I had to contact my prescriber to ask for it to be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
In future I would like better communication if possible especially of there is an issue with an order placed

Rubbish. Botox ran 48 hours late. Thanks DPD over £100 down the drain as Botox needs to be kept cold to stay within manufacturers guidelines.

Pick a better delivery company

Refine have been amazing through every step of the way. Louise has been at the end of the phone or a message for absolutely anything I’ve needed. From signing up to ordering and prescribing they have been amazing. I can honestly say there hasn’t been another pharmacy I’ve signed up with that have been like this. It really has been a great experience, Louise and Rachael have really gone the extra mile to be there and talk me through every process and provided me with training I’ve needed to gain access to other avenues which have added to my clinic. Really couldn’t be happier with the service Refine provide, even after I was all signed up they have been there to carry on helping me with anything they can.

Excellent customer service and care! I required Dermal Fillers for a clients appointment and needed it same day. Refine allowed me to place the order and was ready to collect 2 hours later! William went above and beyond and even came to introduce himself to me in person upon collection. Excellent service!!
