Always a great service been using this company over 2 years not one issue

I have been using refine group for a good while now.
Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and always go out of their way to help.
They keep you informed of any new products, offers or just regularly check in with you to see if there is anything you need.

Refine pharmacy is excellent, providing fast reliable delivery. Their customer support is fantastic, particularly Jen who offers quick responses and resolutions if needed. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Always an easy process with Refine Group, been a customer for years now and will continue to be. The product range is excellent, ordering process is always straightforward and the content or information they have available on the app or website is excellent and very informative in relation to the products and industry.
And what I appreciate the most is the help anytime it may be needed from my account manager William, he is amazing!

1st time ordering with Refine, so placed order 20.11.25 my product didn't arrive along with the other products and a note was sent saying on back order. Monday 1st December I rang to enquire about my order as I had patients booked in for treatments, it was sent out next day. whilst i appreciate some things may not be in stock communication is key other pharmacies ring to tell you something not in stock when they receive your order and give you an ETA. I also contacted the account manager giving this feedback but no acknowledgement. Quite disappointing for a 1st time experience. I would definitely need assurance this was a one off and a commitment for improved comms if I was to order again as unfortunately when you are running a business you need products timely to avoid business interruption .

I can’t praise this pharmacy enough. They always provide an excellent, reliable and personal service. Always available to offer helpful advice if you have any questions or concerns. Professional and efficient, will always go the extra mile to make sure that you’re satisfied with everything.

Fabulous company always great communication very reasonable competitive prices. Would highly recommend.
