I would not give them a star at all..

I would not give them a star at all..I couldn't get the app to work, asked for them to stop charging me for the app and they didn't listen...I asked them to stop right after I found canceled the app and I am still being charged...

Best customer service experience in years

I couldn’t figure out why I continued to be charged after I canceled my subscription so I sent an inquiry to customer service. The customer service rep, Tom, was so amazing to deal with! He promptly refunded any over payments taken and assisted in ensuring I cancelled the subscription through the website (not just in the app or apple subscription list). More businesses should be looking to improve their customer service experience and Tom sets a great example on what that should look like!

Subscription cancellation experience

I wanted to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. My message was responded to immediately and the I was told the refund would be initiated. 4 stars only because I have not received the refund yet but I will upgrade to 5 stars when i do.

Support

The support I received was extremely prompt, honest and polite. There was no hesitation about my request to cancel. I was offered a refund immediately.
