We have used Tanya for a number of years and found her to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Redston are well priced and provide a thorough drawing package.

They provided a good and thorough report and I particularly valued the verbal report I received from the engineer after his visit. I felt that he/they were clear and truthful in their report and did not hedge their views with the sort of caveats I have seen in, for example, building surveys. The only thing that led me not to rate them a five is that it took a while, and some chasing by me, for them to produce the written report. That said, I would use them again if I had a similar need in future.

Advice was sound with good back up re type/ make up of materials we needed . A bit slow in sending the report .

I asked Martin Redston Associates to undertake an structural review of an internal wall which I wanted to remove. They attended site within a few days and undertook a thorough inspection followed by supplying a detailed report. Sam George, the structural engineer, was very professional and made every effort to assess the structural implications of the intended work. I would thoroughly recommend Martin Redston Associates for any domestic structural surveys.
