Mr Glyn Owen came out at short notice and carried out a thorough inspection of property which has developed many serious faults. He quickly produced a comprehensive report which is clear and concise and together with his excellent drawings is invaluable for instructing contractors and flat owners. We now understand what needs doing and the order of priority. We have utmost respect for his integrity and professionalism and are hugely grateful for all his advice, support, recommendations and help - all delivered in the most kind, down to earth manner - we are in safe hands. Martin Redston were very helpful. They responded to our request very promptly and were very flexible when we had to cancel the appointment and offered an alternative date without problems. Following the visit they sent back a thorough report and gave very useful advice with further useful contacts.

A great experience from start to finish. Got a very prompt initial response and quote, booked in an engineer’s visit on a Friday and they visited my property the following Monday. I even had email correspondence over the weekend to confirm the visit. I received calculations and drawings the next day, so an extremely fast turnaround. As the project was small and I was quoted hourly it meant the cost was very reasonable and nearly half the price of other quotes I had received which were less tailored to my needs. Extremely professional and would recommend to anyone!

Very happy with the structural survey done by Tanya who was recommended to me, she helped me out at the last minute when I needed an urgent survey to check if there was subsidence on the flat I was buying. The issue came up at the last minute in the conveyancing process and she was very quick. I felt she was trustworthy and asked all the right questions. Would definitely use her again.
