This is a review of Tim G., suspension expert. I purchased a suspension from Redline360 and reached out by email with some questions after my mechanic had some difficulty installing the back set. I got a reply from Tim the next day, and was on the phone with him in no time. With just a brief explanation, Tim got to the bottom of the issue and gave me solid advice on how to either find a great mechanic who would be excited to do the install, or how to install it myself. I do a lot of my own non-engine work, so I opted to try my hand. On two occasions, Tim made himself available by phone to talk me through a few steps where I wanted to be exactly sure I was doing things correctly. I’m very honestly never experienced such great customer service from a parts professional, and I was impressed with his expertise and willingness to share with me. I think he was as excited about me getting this on as I was.
Because of Tim and the quality of the product, I will definitely consider Redline360 for future purchases.

Ordered the Yonaka stainless catback for my RHD JDM eunos roadster (NA Miata). Was notified immediately “not in stock”, but Yves was awesome and offered me the Yonaka powder-coated black catback (more $) for the same price! Thanks Yves! Arrived in 2 days! And came with extras: hat, t-shirt, lanyard, and license surround. Just installed myself; looks fantastic and sounds great (hopefully even better after “break-in” and engine is warm for high revs)!

A REFRESHING Experience
A REFRESHING Experience! My review is for serious folk who ask about this companies customer service. Quite impressive. Sent an email late last night about a technical question- need a replacement ball joint. Early this morning I recieved and email asking important details of the overall Redline360 product in question. This is a good thing, since safety is critical in suspension products for autos. We had several enails back and forth and ultimately got a solution worked out for my original inquiry. I agreed with the answer. I see that the company is serious about customer support. I also learned that the product line of this company is well respected and that the value (worthyness by cost) is good. I will be looking to this company for my other cars and mods down the road. I would like to add that in the email communications that we swift and detailed, the representative identified as Cherry seemed to take a personal interest in solving the initial question that I had. In closing, I have concluded that a company is as good as its customer service. And Redline 360 is a winner. I also believe part of the winning formula includes people like Cherry, who connect the functionality needs of the products that they sell, directly and clearly, with the customer (me!) Well done Redline 360.
Expertise and knowledgeable service
I was in an immediate urgent need on a coilover replacement that I ordered that had fractured. I worked with Tim Griffith who is an absolute expert in suspensions and coilovers. The amount of support and guidance I received from Tim was more than 5 star service. He not only provided step by step process with obtaining the necessary part but then outlined his expertise in installation and prevention of future similar issues with the coilovers to ensure a lasting solution. Cannot recommend him enough!

Absolutely Disappointed with Redline360's Customer Service and Warranty Process
Buyer beware!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service and warranty process provided by Redline360. I recently experienced a failure of the Rev9 Hyper Street II coilovers I purchased from your company, and I reached out to request a replacement part.
However, instead of providing a swift and efficient solution, I was met with a series of unhelpful and frustrating responses. Your customer service representatives repeatedly asked for additional photos and information, even though I had already provided the necessary details. They also failed to provide a clear answer on how to proceed with the warranty process, leaving me in a state of confusion and frustration.
Moreover, your representatives seemed to be more concerned with adhering to the manufacturer's warranty process than providing a timely solution to my problem. This led to unnecessary delays and additional rental costs, which I had to bear as a result of your company's incompetence.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach displayed by Redline360. I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others and advise them to avoid doing business with your company.
