Highly recommended

I’m a repeat customer, had an issue with FedEx, but the customer service with redline360 was beyond any expectations. Responded to my error purchase(accidentally used coworkers credit card) and cancelled the order in 30 seconds of that email. Re-ordered and had a shipping issue with FedEx. Cherry stepped up fast and helped walk me through the process to resolve the issue. I will be a repeat buyer again in the near future. And would highly recommend RedLine360 to anyone who’s parts are on their website.

Great service from Yves, item ordered was out of stock so sales person was so quick to respond and order me a different one and also provide me with tracking number.

Quick response and great customer service

Ordered seat mounts which came with hardware missing. Cherry was able to resolve the situation extremely quick and got the missing parts shipped to me same day with overnight delivery.

Excellent customer service experience and would recommend others to order from them

Yves really took great care of me I…

Yves really took great care of me I made a mistake ordering a part. He was able to reach our immediately and asked if I was sure if this was the correct order and when I realized it wasn't he got me taken care of. Big shout out to your customer service it is amazing!!!

I ordered headlight for my g8

I ordered headlight for my g8. A week later they said they were out of stock but should be back in stock by later that month and I'll be first to get it. weeks later I asked for an update on my status and they messaged me back asking what inwas looking for and the year make an model like they haven't already taken my money

Cherry was very helpful

Cherry was very helpful, on the other part Godspeed needs to do better on getting the right parts shipped, now I have to go reorder because they messed up on my order I don’t think I will be going with Godspeed again

Shit company they make you pay for…

Shit company they make you pay for returns on item they send that was wrong. Also they won't give you your money back until 12 to 15 days of receiving the item. Now my car is in the shop I have to pay for them to keep it there because of this company. Customer service sucks to Cherry from red360 is horrible won't help at all took her 4 day to respond. To the readers I apologize for my grammar.

Customer Service is Awesome!

I ordered a set of SpecD headlights and tailights for my 2020 Subaru WRX. The ones I found on this site looked awesome and had good prices/sales. They look great and fit perfectly. Install was pretty easy, only thing is you need a wire tap for the blinkers but those are included. Super bright and easy to adjust. Customer service is extremely responsive, transparent, and helpful. Nothing but good things to say so far!
