Stellar communication and customer service!

Stellar communication and extremely fast shipping. Yves reached out to me before fully completing the order to notify me that the wheels I ordered were being discontinued, and that all sales were final. I appreciated the up front information. All communication from Yves was professional and curious! Thank you, I will definitely be ordering again when the opportunity comes.

No communication and parts never shipped

I ordered 3 parts and received tracking info for all three. One part arrived on time. The other two parts showed that shipping was cancelled. I e mailed Redline 4 times to see what was up with my order and never received a reply. I also never received any updates from Redline. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card and at this point the charges are removed, but still have never heard received any communication from Redline 360. I would recommend not ordering from them.

Do not shop at Redline360

Do not shop at Redline360. They will send the wrong part and give you a very difficult time when you try to return the incorrect part. There is no customer service phone number. Read their Google reviews.

Quick and easy return/refund

The item ordered was not compatible with my vehicle, contrary to the website listing.
After contacting them, Redline360 corrected the website listing, quickly refunded payment and did not request the item be shipped back.

Redline360's return process was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to purchase all future modding items from them. Their prices are the lowest on the interwebs.

Yves, the order management specialist, was super helpful and communicative when my original order was out of stock. We discussed some different options and were able to get my order shipped within a few days. 10/10!

For whatever reason my order took two…

For whatever reason my order took two weeks to ship. Once it shipped it came in two days. Parts are just what I needed at the best price I could find. Cherry in customer support was very helpful in looking into the shipping delay and getting that remedied ASAP. Thanks!
