Been using redeye for the last 6 years I pretty much exclusively buy new records from them besides from times I’ve been late to something. Some expected release dates seem off but I understand record stores are at the peril of unreliable distributors. Still for me the best online record store in the UK. Amazing stock and responsive staff

highly recommended, one of the best online shops out there with a great selection of electronic music.their customer service team is top notch too, they always reply promplty and send out orders the same day for next day delivery. Becks from the team went out of her way to help me sort an issue with a faulty record i received and contacted their distributor and replaced it free of charge. the reserve section is a great addition and free shipping over £75 is a bonus.

Been buying off these guys for 15 years and never had a problem with there service and quality of vinyl, Tom and his team do a fantastic job and Redeye has to be the best online record shop out there, many thanks!.

I made an order nearly 2 weeks ago, I've tried to reach out and had no reply. Now I have no records and no refund. Stay away. There are much better online record shops

Lovely people who go to the ends of the earth to help you. They offer a stash and save service so you can buy from abroad and wait til you want to ship the whole lot. It's hard to understand how useful this is when you don't want to "just buy a few more records to make it worth it". Now a discerning listener can be a discerning customer. Proper company to make sure you select only the best.

Still buying, still digging in spite of current rise in costs and issues with vinyl pressings, pre-orders and shipments to the UK. Redeye keep on top of their game. One of the best sites to virtual crate dig for new and recent releases.

Although times are tougher across the board they still have an amazing selection of vinyl across various genres.

Now with pre-orders more of an estimate due to delays and commercial artists taking a huge priority, it's more of a case of what's available rather than will or should be, for me.

Funds are tight, prices can rise but then Redeye seems to still draw me into it's box of delights.

This is my go-to record store. Great selection, functionality to reserve orders so they come as one delivery, and delivery times are very quick

I'm pretty loyal to Juno when it comes to UK record shops after being let down by a few dodgy sites..
For this reason, I was a bit dubious when I saw Red Eye Records had stock which I'd been able to locate elsewhere. However, emailed to double check the Vinyl was available and Becks emailed straight back to confirm it was. Went ahead and ordered and the record arrived the next day. Will definitely use again, and would be happy to recommend!

I'd ordered some vinyl as a Christmas present for my brother from Horizons Music and the customer service was horrendous, please steer clear from them. There was no order dispatch, nor any proactive contact to explain their apparent inventory issues, for a week. In the end I wrote a 1* Trustpilot to try and force a response from them. After being made to feel like an inconvenience I was eventually refunded and spent my money with Red Eye. The experience was night and day! My order was dispatched within an hour, and arrived well packaged the next morning with DPD. From start to finish it was a genuine five star effort. The stickers are a great touch too. Happy to share my experience here and with my vinyl digging friends. Cheers Red Eye!
