Ordered a tag mid October and it’s now 30th Nov and it’s not yet delivered. They have blamed the Royal Mail strikes but I’ve ordered other things in the interim and those items were delivered so they just have a terribly feeble excuse.
Our current dog tag had started to wear a bit after 5 years, the colour enamel from a part of the design had flaked off, so we planned to replace it with a new one.
I checked the red dingo site for a new tag and spotted their lifetime guarantee, so I emailed their UK office this morning, they replied almost immediately asking for a photo and the details of the tag so they could find the original order and replace the tag, and within the hour had confirmed a replacement will be sent out.
Absolutely fantastic service, prompt and no haggling with them. I'm so impressed with red dingo.
Don't bother spending extra on these dog tags. Bought medium tag Sept 2019, as I thought it had a guarantee for replacement. Came back from walk at weekend to find the tag was no longer there, sent email, replied "Our warranty does not cover loss, only the engraving fading and damage i.e. the enamel chipping off." . How can I tell if it was damaged if it fell off and nowhere to be seen? Obviously something was damaged, as the collar ring is intact.
My advice, get a collar with contact info stitched or on a plate.
