Another order from this excellent company. My large box of Pedigree Dentastix were a real bargain, even with the delivery charge included. Quickly despatched and sensibly packaged, have recommended VetShop on many occasions.

I needed to get more Orijen Reginal Red dry cat food, so got a bag that fits into my container. Also got a few extras for my boy. The service was great got all Jasper’s food within 3 days & I live in a remote area. It arrived safely on my private space by DPD who knows my dwelling. VetShop.co.uk is the only website I can purchase what I want at a good price for my senior cat of 20. I purchased Capstar flea treatment for him as nothing else works. So pleased with the pricing and choices on this website.

Competitive pricing and quick delivery although DHL did let one parcel go astray, (nothing to do with VetShop.) They did the same thing three weeks previously with a parcel from another company. The benefit with VetShop is you can talk to a pleasant human in customer services, and not have to chat with a bot which does absolutely nothing.

The web site is easy to use and order from the prices are very good and they carry food my local pet shop doesn't. Communication is great and delivery fast and tracked. Over a great business to buy from.

I needed a large (12-15kg) bag of dog biscuit mixer and there was a good priced one, so I ordered. I didn't get a notification or anything, so I checked back on the web-site, where it said order closed for a few days, then pending delivery (still no email notification). After a week and nothing, I sent a query. They got to me saying that my google payment had not gone through and that they had tried to contact me. I had by then ordered a slightly more expensive product from a copetitor that arrived the next day..........so, not sure if this was a one off. I may well give them another go if their products stay good value
