I was disappointed
I was disappointed, my Philodendron melanochrysum was of good size but missing the two bigger leaves and the growth tip was damaged, not sure the emerging leave will survive. The plant was not properly packaged. My Philodendron verrucosum was too small and soft, probably growing on a tub or glass house and not properly harden off. The leaves are all floppy and struggling to survive. I probably wont buy again from here.
UPDATE: I never asked for any plant guarantee or made any complaint to the vendor, as they seem to suggest. I just wanted to share my honest review on my disappointment with the quality of the plants and packaging because this may affect others.

Upon reviewing the photos you provided, it seems that you have repotted the plants and changed their soil.
However, it's important to note that besides providing photos of the box and packaging when you receive the plants, keeping the plants in their original pots and documenting them as proof is crucial like all other sellers ask. If you change the soil and pots of the plants immediately upon receiving them, these plants fall outside of our guarantee. I'd like to inform you that without seeing a picture of how you received the products and the damaged box package, we cannot evaluate them within the scope of our guarantee.
Regrettably, altering the pots and soil without prior consultation with us voids the product's warranty.
We advise against immediately transferring the plants to different pots and soil upon purchase. Unfortunately, we do not recommend repotting a small plant from a 6cm pot into a larger 9 or 10cm pot. We could have provided recommendations for the appropriate soil as well when it is time for repotting.
We stand behind our guarantee and take full responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit to our plants. Thank you for adhering to the terms.

Be mindful colour variation in pots
Plant pots arrived well packaged, unfortunately the variation in colour was not what I would call “slight”. The Merlot pot is significantly more pink than expected. I would have sent it back but the cost of return and probability of breakage means this one will be donated to the local charity shop. I would not order again for this reason.
