Good afternoon plants
Good quality plants. Healthy roots. Ordered phalenopsis peloric and flowers came broken. I was very sad but the rest of the plant was looking good. Upon contacting the seller I got some refund which was good and fair. Very fast reply and refund. Its 4 not 5 as i think they have to pack the plants better. Packaging is very basic and does not protect the plant enough.

Orchid gift
I bought an orchid and pot with a gift card for my friend to show my love and support as she starts chemotherapy. I had them delivered and didn’t hear anything so I checked they were delivered, which they were. The delivery took longer than expected but not a huge problem as they weren’t for a birthday or special date. I still didn’t hear anything a few days later so I decided to call in case they were delivered to the wrong house, only to find my friend had received them but had no idea who they were from. No gift card or my words of support. This was only an extra £1.99 and that’s not a huge loss but it lessened the impact and experience for my friend going through a serious health concern.
I haven’t seen the orchid or pot myself yet but my friend does say the quality of the orchid plant is superb, vibrant and healthy with a huge amount of beautiful flowers and is very happy with the pot.
I would have given a 5* review had it not been for the missing card because it was very important she received the words of encouragement, support and love. Because the plant quality is good, I would give them another chance.

Ordered a variegated monstera cutting
Ordered a variegated monstera cutting, expected to receive a leaf, with hopefully one or two small roots. It has a full root ball, I’m really delighted. Packaging was minimal, ingenious and almost entirely biodegradable.

Orchid not in the best condition
Orchid arrived promptly, however the flower only ladyed a week and the roots were not the best, some brown which for an orchid is not good. I have many orchids and can keep them flowering fir months so a little disappointed
