I am not satisfied with the service I received. I felt that the policy was being pushed on me through setting up a Direct Debit, even though it was not suitable for my needs. My requirements and preferences were not properly listened to or considered.

I do not feel comfortable continuing with this policy and I want to cancel it as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if my cancellation request could be processed without any further attempts to continue with this policy.

Ethan was polite and courteous, very knowledgeable about the product and my requirements. I felt totally at ease throughout the call. I feel he is an asset to the company.

They contacted me after I was looking for quotes online for life insurance. After speaking to a rep I explained I had already spoken to my current provider who quoted me a new lower price which I had accepted and was no longer looking. Since that call I have unsubscribed to their emails and asked another rep to remove my number from my system as I was not interested.
I am continuing to receive up to 6 calls a day from them which Is bordering harassment. I am having to continuously block their calls and they keep ringing on different numbers. If I receive one more call from them I will be reporting them for nuisance calls.

Sam went through everything thoroughly and explained each step. Checked that it was the right product for me before any agreement was made.

I wasn't pressured at all in choosing my insurance policy. I was guided by Liam, with everything explained in plain English not the pseudo gobblediegook often spun by other companies. I am very satisfied with my policy thank you once again Liam for your help in planning my future, which will save my family in the future.
