The customer service was fantastic

Called age.co.uk for the purpose of taking life insurance policy. I was told someone will call me a few minutes later. Truly Mr John called and introduced himself and asked security questions from me too. We had a very lengthy discussion about taking insurance and all available possibilities for ne. Eventually I chose Sunlife insurance. He took his time to explain everything even when I asked him to repeat himself, he doesn't hesitate and goes over the questions again.
He is very polite and friendly. He asked that I asked him questions of which I did . In all he is a very good representative of your company's

Everything was explained to us in a careful way. It made it so easy to understand. George was so helpful ensuring we understood questions before moving onto the next question. Our experience was worry free.

Really great customer service. Very clear in communication and helpful.

Wrote this review a few years ago. Now they are back harassing and constantly ringing my mobile.

Not sure how stupid you are. But you are giving me a good idea. I received a call from 01527 909566. Didn't take the call and blocked the number. Received another call from 07482 874984 and guess what. I blocked the number. So now I get calls from a private number. So maybe I'd better explain to you in easy terms. When people don't take your calls and then block your numbers. It means they don't want to speak to you. By slyly ringing again using private number makes you look like a harassing hard sell company. Which obviously you are. Take my details of your database and stop calling me.

Ewan was absolutely brilliant, genuinely nice guy, explained everything clearly and ensured he found me a product to suit my needs. Great communication throughout, called when he said he would and just made it a nice, straightforward process

I spoke to a staff called Tom with a lot of sense humour and respectful in his approach. My mind was not made up but with his explanations and answers to my questions I had a more understanding of what I was subscribing to. He made sure his words came clear and not offensive with a lot of respect and dignity for the life and even the dead. He kept saying “ sorry if the unexpected happens”. This made it comforting to even talk about death with no hard feelings. Keep it up Tom.
