Honest opinion spoke with Tyler such a great guy to speak to so understanding he really helped me with my application as some of the questions I didn’t really understand so I would have messed it up if it wasn’t for his help I would definitely recommend the help of Tyler to find the best quote for life insurance 5 star rating from me

Person was very friendly and approachable. Every question I asked was answered quickly and accurately. I never felt that any question I asked was treated as a silly one. If anything they told me I could do their job as I knew or got a handle on all aspects of everything I was told. Staff member Ollie was very polite fun and helpful. Service fast and everything explained in simple terms. My options of what age limits ai could aim for to extend my life cover and which companies offered me what I required and the cost per month all explained clearly. I could not fault the service.

What can I say?

I would give 6 stars if I could.

It's still early days, but so far my experience has been excellent. I took out this policy after discovering that I had been mis-sold a policy by my previous insurer. I cautiously shopped around and eventually found Reassured.

They helped me secure a policy that better suited my needs, at a much more reasonable monthly premium.

Today, I contacted customer services with a few questions and, to my surprise, I was connected to a wonderful adviser who patiently addressed each query, one by one, and resolved everything quickly and efficiently.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Honestly. I had over 20 missed calls in one day.
You would expect after the first couple they'd give up, but these folk are like a dog with a bone. They just won't give up.
I even accepted one call, went through the questions then "put you on hold a moment". 2 mins later still on hold. F this. Hang up. Another 8 missed calls while on my motorbike. ..tenacious doesn't do then justice.

Matt was suposed to have cancelled my policy and then I get an emailand a text stating that I was niw covered !!!
