Pathetic Scammers

Even if you explicitly opt out of the Pit Pass free trial by removing it from your cart, they will still "Start a free trial" for the Pit Pass in an attempt to scam you out of money. $50 bucks a month and their website is intentionally poorly developed to prevent you from being able to manage your subscription. This is not an error or an oversight, but rather blatant malicious intent. Stay as far away from these clowns as you can.

Edit based on respone: Of course their response is to call their customers liars, why wouldn't it be? They know they are intentionally trying to scam and don't like being called out about it!!
Did I mention their "business address" is an unaffiliated third party postal store called "Postal Etc."? No legitimate business does that.
Don't worry, I'll find out your real information and report you to the proper local authorities.

Wish I had visited this site before ordering

Wish I had visited this first. I placed an order for Christmas gifts, and was promised a mid December date for delivery. They sent me a stupid "first person friendly" email saying how busy they were, but were working hard. I told them they should never have accepted my order, when the delivery date was part of the agreement. It is clear they had no intention or ability to ship it on time. Now, they aren't answering my emails.

For a period of time, we did display an “arrives before Christmas” message based on our standard production and carrier estimates at that moment. As holiday demand increased across both production and shipping partners, those timelines became less predictable, which is why we followed up with an update email to communicate the delay as soon as it became clear.

We did not intend to mislead customers. Orders from that period are still being shipped regardless of a refund, and we’re continuing to work through them as quickly as possible.

They scam you into a purchase then charge you a month later $50 for their "club". Dirty business, i hope their founder steps on a lego.

Our "club" is an optional membership that can only be added if it is manually selected at checkout. It is not added automatically, and customers are clearly shown the terms before completing their purchase. The first month is free, and any future charge only occurs if the membership remains active.

If someone joins by mistake or no longer wants the membership, it can be cancelled immediately in one click or by contacting our support team, and we’re always happy to help with that.

We take transparency seriously and do not operate deceptive billing practices. If there’s ever a question about a charge, we encourage customers to reach out so we can resolve it directly.

Quick refund

Doubted the customer service because of the iffy reviews but I made a mistake in my order and got a full refund the day after. Very polite service!

Small problems but good support so far

Edit: There was a bug that caused emails to be sent to customers regardless of enrollment, which has now been fixed. Support promptly helped me ensure I wasn’t enrolled in any subscription.

While I still haven’t received (just ordered so that’s okay) the clothing items yet and can’t comment on their quality, I appreciate the transparency and quick response from the support team. The only small issue was the confusing email, but since it was a bug and not a real subscription, I feel comfortable raising my rating to 4/5.

I ordered a few clothing items from this website, but I can’t say anything about the products themselves yet since I just placed my order. I really hope they arrive in a reasonable time and not in 2–3 months like some other reviews mentioned.

However, I noticed that the “Pass” was automatically added to my cart. I removed it before checking out, but I still received an email saying that my free trial of the Pass has started. I do NOT want the Pass.

I tried to cancel it, but the cancellation portal keeps loading and won’t let me proceed. I have also contacted customer support.

Please remove the Pass from my account immediately. I do not want any subscription.

Edit: Support cancelled the subscription for me, still a little bit weird that it was added even when I manually removed it from the cart.

This shouldn’t have happened. The Pass isn’t supposed to activate if it’s manually removed during checkout, so your case is being reviewed by our dev to make sure this isn't a repeating bug.

I’m glad support already cancelled it for you, but I agree the behavior was odd. We’re checking the logs and the cart flow to ensure the Pass only activates when someone intentionally opts in.

If the portal was "loading" please ensure you were using the correct credentials, we have tested it through and through and found no issues.

If you have any leftover questions about your order or account, message our support team and we’ll take care of it right away.

EDIT: The pit pass trial was never actived on your account, there was an error with emails sending to customers regardless of enrollment or not. This bug has been fixed.

It looks like you did not purchase from our official store. Our only website is RealityRacing.co and we have never changed our domain.

There are copycat stores running stolen ads that redirect customers to unrelated sites. Orders placed through those imitation sites do not come from us and do not reflect our products or delivery times.

Any order placed through RealityRacing.co is processed and shipped normally. Unfortunately, we cannot control or support purchases made through these websites.

Run.

1- the delay is insane. NO ONE seems to be getting their order on time.
2- I just bought hoodie and thats it i didn't do anything else on the website, two months later (still didn't get it) i got a message says that you have been billed for subscribing in "The Pit Pass". And its 39$, I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE.
Worst buying experience ever.

About delivery
Our delivery timeframes are stated on our product pages and shipping page. During peak periods, orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive (which is shown on the shipping tab). Some customers receive their orders sooner, but the timeframe is always disclosed before checkout.

About the Pit Pass charge
Pit Pass is an optional membership that can only be processed if it’s manually selected at checkout. It cannot be enrolled automatically. The first month is free and renewals only continue if the membership remains active. If you didn’t intend to join, we can cancel it immediately on our end.

Upon checking your order details, we've sent you 3 emails regarding your pit pass before you were billed for your benefits.

If you still need help with your order or the membership, our support team can get everything sorted right away.

charged me 3x times for and item

charged me 3x times for and item, said they would pay it back, waited 7 business days, nothing. I called and they said it was, "processing" and to call my bank. bank said there is nothing on their end and opened a fraud case with CIBC and Canadian Anti-fraud.

This sweater cost me $500 between being overcharged and the NSF fees incurred.

Customer service "gab" doesnt return or answer calls anymore.

Drop shipped items from China, poor quality and takes months to ship, made on demand.

Horrible company, they also have fake reviews and delete anything negative.

UPDATE NOV25: Bank had to go after them for faulty charges after they stopped talking to me, and i was reimbursed by the bank.

After this the company said they would refund me completely in "10" business days. I will update after then.

I have since received my order, wrong item but quality is O.K.

Horrible experience, NEVER AGAIN

To clarify what happened:

About the duplicate charges
A processing glitch caused the payment processor to attempt the charge multiple times in the same second, creating duplicate approvals. This is not normal behavior and should not have occurred. Only one charge was meant to capture. The extra authorizations should have fallen off automatically, but some banks hold pending amounts longer.

Our support agent Gabriel refunded the two duplicate transactions once he saw them. We confirmed those refunds with our payment gateway.

About the product
You mentioned receiving the wrong item. If you’d like us to send the correct one, we can ship it at no cost.

About the review concerns

As of late, really high quality service

I know that some people have left really negative reviews, but personally, as of November 2025, I can only say good things.

I bought a hoodie and it was really nice quality, and when it arrived it was a size too small and so I asked for a refund and bought a new one, and they refunded me with no hassle. Really superb customer service and I had a great experience.
