Good products let down by awful service
Two orders have taken over a month to arrive. With both I paid for shipping insurance, one I even paid express shipping. For my first order I was refunded the price of shipping and insurance due to the delays, but I’ve had nothing for my second order, even though it took 5 weeks to even be dispatched. I’ve now had no actual response to my emails for over a week now.
It’s such a shame that good products are let down by awful service. There were more products I was hoping to order in the future but I’m now put off knowing that this isn’t a one-time incident due to delays.
