Water delivery is expensive, unreliable, and frustrating
Water delivery is unreliable. Prices are high and getting higher. Water bottles have been made thinner so they consistently collapse if you load a full one and start tapping. Collapses when the water is about halfway.
Luckily we had some 3 gallon bottles left over from previous accounts, so we transfer the water to them.
ReadyRefresh should be ashamed of themselves, but they currently have the monopoly. So, until that changes, they won't either.
I've even looked into a filter machine, but our city water is so bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company took over for Primo water on our account.
Over a month ago, we sent in our payment to the normal Primo Water payment address as usual having received ZERO notification of the name change or new payment location.
We are 5 weeks past when we mailed the payment and Ready Refresh cut off our deliveries. (I need this water for medical reasons).
All our other checks around that time cleared around February 2-4 2026!!
It’s not our fault they did not notify of new payment address or change of name in a timely manner. It’s NOT our fault they did not have a well implemented procedure for retrieval of payments made to the previous address. It’s NOT our fault that their AR department has epically failed to secure our check for payment.
We do not pay online for good reason. But it appears that’s all this company allows.
In the meantime, we have been promised a “temporary” water delivery while this straightens out TWICE!! And nothing has appeared.
Now my only option is to go buy a machine, and get my own 5 gallon bottles from Home Depot. Which I will need to do immediately.
As a senior citizen, this is massive incompentce on the part of Ready Refresh to retain long time Culligan/Primo customers.
They have our money and won’t provide a product.
Their supervisors are condescending and rude.
Absolutely do NOt use this company of you expect timely delivery and good customer service.

Expensive. Might have to cancel altogether unfortunately. Was 85, now 300. Within 7 years. High PPM. All else, we love.
Getting better.
These guys bought out my prior water delivery company. Their first month they delivered the wrong product and promised to take it back the next month. When the next month rolled around they refused to take it back. several months later they delivered too much product - more than I asked for. So I had to learn how to stay on top of the on line monthly delivery management program and now things look like they are settling down. Love the product. The service has been hit and miss.
I love Ready Refresh
I love Ready Refresh. I no longer have to buy water at the grocery store. They deliver whenever I need it and I love the fact that I can skip deliveries whenever I need to. The delivery drivers have always been very friendly. They have a great selection of items, but it's the convenience I love.
They play the cost creep
They play the cost creep. They start low and then year after year they increase both cost of water and delivery fees. I am switching to brita filters. Cheaper and more convenient.
Follow up to my prvioys complaint.
So, the follow up; After writing the review I was contacted via email from a rep who apologized and stated they were concerned and were going to look into my account to be sure this will not happen again. I was informed I woukd get a delivery on the 17th. My app said the delivery got pushed to the 18th. The reps email asked me to give them a time I'd be available to discuss these issues. First, on the morning of the 17th I got a delivery first thing. The problem with that is, because the app said the delivery was pushed to the 18th, I didn't put out the empties. So I've now got 16 empties in my garage because this has happened previously as well. Second, after replying to the rep from Primo with a time to make contact, I never got said call. Here's the problem from day one. When I opened my account I ordered a cooler and mountain valley 5 gallon bottles. After the cooler and bottles got dropped and set up by the driver it turns out the cooler was defective in that there was an internal leak that wasn't noticed until the following morning. At that time my house was only 5 or 6 years old. My kitchen and dining area are hardwood floors. The cooler leak warped the floor. I called to complain and told them about the issue. In hind site I should have sued for the floor damage. Over the years to follow, I changed my delivery address to my work address thinking I wasn't getting deliveries due to where I lived in relation to their warehouse. It didn't help.. I've been promised discounts, free bottles of water. Of which I've never received. What happens when you can't and complain, they apologize, make promises and don't follow through. They have also billed me for deliveries I've never received. I called them out on that recently. I was told I'd get a credit. From what I see, if I review my pervious order billing, all they've done is delete my billing history. So, it remains to be seen if ill get deliveries moving forward. But compensation of any kind for all this were just words to shut the complaint down. I can say, the people on the phone are polite, and if it says anything about the current delivery process here in my state with this company, they always thank me for not yelling or cursing at them which makes me think that there are many others here in NC that aren't handling this all that calmly. We will see about future deliveries...
Great service, but pricey

Terrible company who will not only trap you and your payment method, but will charge you without delivering shit. They charged me TWICE AFTER I had already cancelled my subscription. I had to call like 10 times just to get one refund, and even then I was getting different answers and reasons left and right. Not to mention the customer service reps they have are garbage and rude. The actual service is horrible too, the delivery drivers do not follow delivery instructions and one too many times they left my products outside without notifying me and people have stolen my things. I can't even remove my payment method from my account or delete my account. The service rep can't even help me with this. This company is absolute horse shit and should fall off the face of the planet. No wonder they've had to rebrand like 20 times already. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Just go to your local supermarket and ask if they deliver waters, 9/10 they do and it's CHEAPER. This company is highway robbery. ZERO STARS
