ReadyDedis has excellent tech skills and very prompt in support, We are using their tech support since long time and always they helped quickly and resolve every query on time. We highly recommend for the Dedicated server and managed server supports.

I ordered a flash deal which is 20USD and paid with my bank account. Because Paypal needs some time to process the ACH, they suspended my server first, after the money went through, they refuse to update my due date, so I lost 1 week of my server for no reason, and they would not refund me. Also the datacenter they are using for seattle is colocrossing, it has bad connection, when I do speedtests, sometimes I only get 50mbps, but they have 1G port.

Update: They did provide Paypal refund for me and responded my ticket regarding this issue, they were also willing to provided me some compensations, I will add 1 more star because they did solve the problem at the end and they had good altitude when apologizing.

Our cluster's one of the node was down, because of logs size increased. Readydedis team done a wonderful job to fix that with no downtime at all. Very good and supportive effort.

Great uptime and support. Have over 250+ days uptime, no issues whatsoever. Support via chat is pretty snappy, no complaints.

Excellent support. Giving solutions from the Chat, other providers indicate that you write a ticket. I love its own control panel, it is minimalist and fast. 100% uptime in Germany. They also respect their promotions, so renew for 1 year :)

I have used their ATL VMs for a little over a month now.
They are overall a really good provider. I did need support a few times, and received that via both live chat and tickets.
The support team knows what they are doing. And most importantly (for me at least) - the network in Atlanta has been rock solid and very well connected.
