Hi fellows, I strongly suggest do not buy any product from this website. I purchased a product from them and the quality is extremely poor.

Before confirming the order, they called me and I clearly asked them if a return is available in case I don’t like the product. They confidently told me that within 7 days I can return the product and that they provide premium quality products.

But when I received the product, it was a completely useless 3rd class quality product. The quality is nothing like what they show in their reels or pictures. I paid ₹2500 for this product, but after seeing it I immediately regretted my purchase. The fabric quality is so poor that it feels unsafe — it looks like if I am in the kitchen or doing pooja and a small fire comes near it, it could easily catch fire.

On the same day of delivery, I emailed them about my concern. They replied after 5 days and told me to contact them on WhatsApp. When I contacted them there, they kept delaying the response and from the last 2 days they are only saying that they have an exchange policy and no return policy.

This is completely misleading and dishonest. On the call they promised something else, and when you raise the issue they change their story. This is clear misinformation given to customers just to make the sale.

I will attach all the screenshots of emails and WhatsApp chats as proof of how they are handling the situation.

Please be careful before buying from them. I don’t want others to waste their money and face the same frustrating experience that I did. 🚫

I made a purchase of anarkali suit which got delivered in 6 days and when I saw the actual product its not at all worth the cost and the item received is a very cheap and bad quality....the gher in the anarkali suit is not in proper shape and front and back length is not same...and as per them its. Not a defect. I when placed the order recieved a call and was told to call on the same number in case of any issues with the product and now no response when tried to call them... the email address they gave is invalid and mails are not delivering to that Email. No body bothered to call you after you have paid their money no matter if the product is of no use to you even after paying 2699.I even can add pictures of what I ordered and what was received
