5 stars for being the most evil low life persons, stole my money and all in good faith that this was a good company. As everyone else has said SCAMMED GOOD AND PROPER.

Scum would be an understatement what sort of ar5ehole goes into liquidation and doesn’t at least put contact information on their site. Ways to claim, support. Things happen I understand but the way they’ve gone about. This is disgusting

I ordered a garage door in August and paid £899 up front. They were supposed to fit my garage door today but didn't show up. Tried to contact them emails bounce back, telephone numbers disconnected. I have since learned they have put in for a striking off order to put the company into liquidation. Absolutely devastated!!

Cancelled install, did not turn up. Now phone and website unavailable. Suggest that you buy from an installer who you can see.

Do not buy from any installer who seems cheaper than anyone else. This should rouse your suspicions.

I ordered a replacement garage door with these back in September, and even though it's not due to be installed until November I am unable to contact them since all emails now bounce back, all telephone numbers are no longer in use, and the their website (rdcuk.com) has also been closed down; Just another bad example / poor excuse for human beings :(.

I've been waiting in all day for this appointment (previous appointment cancelled by RDCUK) to have a door fitted. I've heard nothing all day. I've paid £529 for this pleasure. Phone number disconnected, web site closed. I found this man on LinkedIn, Anthony Pybus MD of RDCUK, he's a crook and should be prosecuted for theft.

SCAMMERS !!! Do not use! My door should have been fitted this morning and haven’t showed up. Telephone number now not recognised and have removed themselves from Facebook. Paid £250 deposit!!! Disgusting human beings!!! DO NOT USE!!! I’ve noticed 4 days ago a company has been re set up on Facebook, however they have put 3 LLL’s in the name roller!!!!!

Paid up front for a garage door haven't turned up robing s steeling from people nothing but scum be aware.

Paid for a new garage door back in July 2022 as recommended by a friend. The lady on the phone was very helpful and went through all the options available to me. There was no pushy sales and I did say I’d think about it and phone back if I wanted to proceed. Was told there is no home visit as this is what keeps the price down and the garage door would be made to fit on the day of installation.
Received my invoice with the fitting date and all was ok. A week before my fitting date I received a call from RDC asking if it was ok to rearrange my fitting date for 2 weeks later as the fitter for my area had just gone on paternity leave, no problem.
Today is my fitting date and engineer expected for 8am - no show. Called the number on my invoice at 9.30am to ask for an ETA and the phone line has been disconnected. Found another number only to find this has also been disconnected. Went to the website, closed for maintenance! NOW ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING!!!
Googled the company and Government website pops up stating the accounts for the company are overdue. Then Trustpilot with bad review after bad reviews of exactly what nightmare I’m in!
Contacted my bank for advice and they done a claim there and then over the phone and took all the information I had about the company and my invoice. My money was paid back there and then!
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK YOU MAY BE LUCKY and get your money back.

We ordered a roller shutter door from RDC this company cancelled on us on 4th August rearranged for 18th
the guy came said the door could not be fitted due to garage roof we tried in vain to ring company they have had payment up front for garage door no telephone number no website and just received a phone call from the fitter that the company has folded and they will probably reopen in the future under another name some thing should be done about these rough companies shame on them no morals karma will come round to these low life ripping decent people off this is a WARNING to everyone don't use these scammers !!!!!!

Garage door installed 3 years ago. Wonderful job. However, took out the extended warranty just in case. I've had two warranty claims, both dealt with professionally and expediently. Garage door wouldn't open last week, and then came off the roller (again). Made a 3rd warranty claim. Email stating I'd have a call within 24 hours, nothing. I've emailed back, and it would appear any emails back to them are blocked. Emailed their sales team, and have given them 48 hours to reply back. They would appear to be off Facebook, and their telephone number is now not recognised. Their website is no longer available.

I fear the company may no longer exist. An expensive mistake buying from them if this can't be resolved.

The company has now changed its name to 'Sentry Rolling Doors'. They can be contacted at hello at rdcuk (for how long is anybody's guess). Their Big Doors Repair and Warranty website is still active. I am making a point of contacting them on a daily basis. Unfortunately, no telephone number. I'll be making sure I keep an eye on social media if this 'new' company starts to advertise on various platforms. Hopefully, nobody else will get stung by this company, RDC, aka, 'Sentry Rolling Doors'

Been stuck in the house all day waiting for my garage door installation for no one to turn up. Took the day off work and waited 2 months for this appointment. I’ve tried ringing and it says the number is not recognised, also paid nearly £600 upfront. Unreliable thieving arsholes, do not use this company. I checked reviews on Trustpilof before ordering so that was a waste of time, I won’t be trusting Trustpilot reviews again. 😡

I paid this company £700 in September original fitting date was 28th September this was put off and the next date was 13th October - fitter rang and said he was poorly and had to go home and he would come any day the following week - I thought this was strange as it was because lack of fitters was the reason given they couldn’t fit it the 1st time. No one else will be conned as they are not answering any numbers you try - including the fitter!

I made contact in August. The process was explained and I had checked out the reviews. So i proceeded with my purchase.

Today should be the day of fitting. I have received no communication from anyone. I have tried telephoning, emailing and the online chat, but getting no response. Stay well clear of these rogue traders.

Still taking money off people, taking orders, don’t give them anything, they are stealing money off people. Rogue traders. No replies to emails, no answer to phone calls.

Fitter not turned up to fit door, land-line number is not recognised anymore, accounts mobile number says they are busy, what can we do

Met him today for a service call

RDC has gone and as a company were non respondent, phones, emails, the only contact was if you pretended to buy a new door
Facebook page now non existent

1 star is too many. 8 cancelled appointments for a repair. No reply to emails. Phone cuts off. Replied to them on Facebook then they blocked me. Total joke!! AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE LOST ALMOST £600 BY PAYING UP FRONT AND NOW NO PHONE OR EMAIL IS VALID.
