Excellent Customer Service

Customer Service team spotted an error in a transaction that was time critical, so acted promptly and thoroughly to ensure the issue was resolved. Leo was great, ensuring I had all the information I needed, and supported to get the issue resolved very promptly. Thankyou

Small amount, nobody interested!

I'm 70 years old and at some time obviously have held a small account with Brewin/RBC. Putting my affairs in order key as a pensioner of course. Have several HNW level investments and could have considered trying Brewin again, BUT......
.... as they have kindly been sending me huge valuation documents and updates the last couple of years, I thought I'd ring them to cash in my account as it was costing them far more to administer it than they'd be making from it. I've both emailed and rung them but NOBODY gets back to me......I notice they have an office in Tunbridge Wells, perhaps I'll pop in? Just wondering if Trustpilot reviews can help me resolve this?

Phone enquiries answered well

Phone enquiries answered promptly and well.
We find it difficult to understand the "ins and outs" of our investment portfolio and the Brewin customer services team are always so helpful.
Today I had some questions which were answered in detail and clearly by Jodi.

Professional company

I spoke to Jodi who was very helpful, especially when I couldn’t remember my account number. She assured me it wasn’t a problem and took me through the security questions to access the account. It was all very easily and quickly done and she was very friendly.
