To my understanding I paid for financial planning-- 18 months later no plan--- took money and invested. 18 months later adviser had no tweaks to suggest---- I should have picked up on what I was dealing with when the advisor fee in meeting and the one that appeared on paper work was different. Find an honest place to manage your finances and plan for your future.
Very helpful indeed. It was a pleasure to talk with Paul, who talked me through what I needed to know with great patience, clarity and courtesy.

Transfer from Hargreaves Landsdown was seamless & efficient. Call with customer services to walk through BPS web & app products and services was excellent. Some of the web portal services are not accessible for me via my Mac Book (withdrawals and media centre ) at the moment. I followed instructions to try an alternative web browser and check pop up blocker settings without success. Hopefully a call back with the web supports services team will rectify this.

Closed my multi generational account without a proper explanation. So, not really in it for the long term. Money was not always paid into my account when it should have been. They changed advisors all too frequently for my liking. All in all, a poor experience.

Dealing with an account as an attorney can be quite complex with some organisations, but Brewin Dolphin have been clear and helpful throughout. It makes a big difference being able to email and speak on the phone and have questions answered quickly, I would happily recommend them to others.

Told them on 5 separate occasions that keep sending mail for a previous owner of my address but they still keep sending countless letters. I called them AGAIN and was put through to someone claiming to be an account manager who asked me to open the mail and give him the account number off the letter! Not only is this illegal, I would not trust a company who asks random people to open their investors private paperwork and breach data protection!
