We recently purchased tickets to the…

We recently purchased tickets to the water park, but half of the rides were not operational, and we were not informed of this before buying the tickets. This was very disappointing.

We also sent an email regarding this issue but have not received any response or acknowledgment.

Bad experience

At first they replied when I received a visa rejection they did not bother to send it to me, I sent a message to find out why no answer! They should also inquire for other countries especially like Cameroon instead of taking the money to take any deposit has not been requested or subscribed insurance, however, it is necessary in all cases I do not recommend.

au début ils répondaient quand j’ai reçu un rejet de visa ils n’ont pas pris la peine de me l’envoyer , j’ai envoyé un message pour savoir pourquoi aucune réponse ! ils devraient aussi se renseigner pour les autres pays surtout comme le Cameroun au lieu de prendre l’argent pour prendre aucune caution n’a été demandé ni assurance souscrit pourtant il est nécessaire dans tous les cas je ne recommande pas .

Waste of time

Waste of time : I find it disappointing that so much is invested in advertising and influencers, yet there seems to be little focus on addressing the needs of actual customers. I’ve been trying for over a month to book a cruise, but unfortunately, due to a lack of timely attention and follow-up, I wasn’t able to secure a booking and, as a result, my holiday plans were affected !

worst experience with the dhow (alisha )cruise. stale food, so much of smell in the cruise. worthless. people were really not happy with it, pathetic experience ever in Dubai. menu states so much but it was so stale you could be sick eating that food. shocked by the paid good reviews

A great evening in the Desert

We used Rayna for our Desert safari in Dubai.
We had a fantastic experience with Ziafat Ali as our driver who was more than accommodating when we were running late for our pick up. He was also very helpful providing recommendations, insight into Dubai and was especially helpful with taking photographs (without us even needing to ask!).

Unfortunately the Dubai desert safari was “disaster”, (Dubai Trip December 2024)

What went wrong –

The diver arrived for pick up at the different hotel, when he realized the mistake and picked up us from the hotel, it was already late, as a result, we missed 2 important attractions of this trip.

• We missed photoshoot on the mid of desert
• We missed photoshoot of sun set

However, he stopped closed to the dinner area for photoshoot, but we missed the spectacular view of desert due to lack of enough light.

Ended with nice program and dinner. Chicken was not good / fresh, not sure if anyone complained about this or not.

Dishonesty

I applied for my Dubai visa in October 2024 with my husband, paid extra £600 non refundable fee to get the Good Conduct Certificate to help the application. The Application was rejected. I have been asking for a copy of the Good Conduct Certificate which I was told will be sent to me up until now. Only to be told in January 2025 that it last for only one month, it has been used, it can’t be retrieved. I do not believe there was any certificate done. This was a means to get extra money for us. I reached out to customer support and I was given a feedback link.

Use them only if you are 100% sure you will get your visa.

WORST COMPANY....

WORST COMPANY..... AVOID DEALING WITH THEM.

they will take your money and will apply wrongly and send you the rejection without any reason to pay again and apply with them.

And when you try to reach them through any line they will not answer once they knew that this number is you.

No process and no mangers who you can escalate to and if they answerd by mistake will tell you they will check and contact you and for several days no one will even reply.

I faced very bad experiences with them... try to avoid dealing with such company.
