Disappointed with product
Very disappointed with the manufacturer. Fragrance mentiomed on the bottle is Biscuit but inside it is different. It doesnt smell like biscuit at all infact it smell like flower smell to me , I brought 10 bottle of it which is now wasted. I kept as it is as I dont like the smell manufacturer provided to me. Worst thing is that there is no replacement or refund option is provided by the manufacturer to satisfy the consumer complaint or needs. I'm not going to use this platform again to purchase anything. Very disappointed with this worst product.

For your information, we are currently resellers, not manufacturers, and we do not engage in repacking. We receive the stock, and if a customer places an order, we ship it directly to them.
Yes, our site does not have an option for replacement or refund. This is primarily due to the consumable nature of perfumery products. Additionally, we rely on third-party courier services, which currently do not offer exchange services. Therefore, we would need to pay for the forward shipping, return shipping, and the replacement forward shipping costs. Most of our profit would be spent on courier costs alone, making it difficult to sustain this business.
Regarding the fragrance of the product: I am not sure which biscuit fragrance you have used before. Even in my store, we have another variant of biscuit fragrance from another brand. I am unsure how many variants are available in the market. The issue might lie with the specific biscuit flavour that inspired the manufacturer.
We sent you Al-Hiza Perfumes Biscuit Attar, which is one type of biscuit fragrance. It may give you a floral touch, but that does not mean it will smell the same to everyone. I have other customers who regularly purchase this brand's biscuit fragrance. Do they purchase it for the floral fragrance? fragrance often smells different person to person, I have even noticed that some of my customers, who test fragrances in person at my store before purchasing, experience different feel when among their friends for same attar.
If you are new to this brand, this flavour, or unsure about the actual fragrance, you should buy a single piece to test. We do not recommend ordering larger quantities on the first purchase of that specific product. and it's hard to distinguish the actual fragrance in words in site.

Oh good, you are lucky to have received it within 4 days of transit.
Note:- "Many of my customers have complained about the speed of transit and occasional delays. Since the product is perfumery, we are only permitted to ship it via road transit. Consequently, courier delays sometimes occur."
