Thank you for reaching out. We’d like to clarify the timeline and current status of your order, and address your concerns with transparency.
Your order was placed on 5th August 2025, and we processed and dispatched it promptly on 6th August. Order confirmation and courier tracking details were shared via email, SMS, and WhatsApp (if your registered number is linked to a WhatsApp account).
Please note that once an order is dispatched, it is handed over to a third-party courier service. From that point onward, the package is under their control. While we do our best to support delivery issues, our influence is limited. Currently, we can assist with minor address corrections and raise tickets for delivery delays or discrepancies, but we do not have access to:
- Courier routing decisions
- Branch-level contact details
- Delivery personnel information
This limitation applies across all courier services operating in India.
Regarding Your Review:

We understand your frustration. However, just a few hours ago, you contacted us via online chat. We asked if you had received the tracking link, and you confirmed that you had. The tracking link provides a complete transit history of your package. If we were to send notifications for every movement, it could easily become overwhelming or be flagged as spam.
Current Status of Your Order:
- The package reached your destination branch on 12th August.
- It took 6 days to travel from Chennai to your local branch.
- According to the tracking history, the package was misplaced during sorting but was located again on 14th August.
- Since then, it has not been processed for delivery.
- The delay may be due to the 15th August national holiday, though we cannot confirm this definitively.
We were made aware of the issue only after you contacted us at 1:48 PM today. We responded with the available information and assured you that we would raise a complaint ticket with the courier service—which we have now done. and shared complaint details to your whatsapp number and also on online chat.
Next Steps:
We’re closely monitoring the situation. If the package is not delivered, please rest assured that we will issue a full refund. For now, we kindly ask for a little more time to allow the courier partner to resolve the issue.
