Rare waves have sent CDs quickly, at a better price than others and have CDs I can’t find anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend a better place to get them from.

Over two weeks to arrive, plus I wasn't listened to.
Ordered a Blu-Ray on 1st June, with an email confirming "Your order has been shipped and is on the way" received on the 3rd. Tracking only said "Shipment Created" on the 9th, and it arrived on the 17th.
After it arrived I emailed to ask what happened and the reply gave excuses blaming the courier and told me "we are confident that you will receive it within the delivery window [3-5 days] set on our website".

Order failed to arrive.
My order seems to have gone astray in the mail and did not arrive. I reported it missing two and a half weeks after receiving the despatch notification and received a prompt reply apologising and offering a refund or replacement. I had managed to source the item elsewhere, so took the refund, which was processed quickly and with a further apology. I have used Rarewaves successfully in the past and whilst it was obviously frustrating, items can sometimes go missing in transit. I was happy with the customer service I received in terms of offering apologies and a resolution, so have given a neutral rating rather than a negative.
