I ordered a Smeg bun warmer to be delivered to Australia. Parcel arrived very fast, was wonderfully wrapped and was a genuine new item. Also good pricing and very reasonable international postage. Happy purchase.

Overall an excellent company, with items generally arriving on time, accurate descriptions, fantastic prices and good packaging. Also, the customer support is great; for any issue, it is resolved promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

First time ordering, I contacted rarewaves regarding my order as I hadn't received it by a certain point, they were so quick to reply and explain they would contact the courier.
Luckily the very next day the order turned up, so was not needed.

I thought I was purchasing the 50 years of Fleetwood Mac CD trilogy, but instead I received a single fake CD.
Had I wanted a dodgy fake CD? I could’ve just wandered down to the market and then I wouldn’t have had to wait for a fortnight either. This was going to be a birthday present for somebody but I had to buy something else instead as it did not arrive on time and I could not have lived with myself for giving her a fake AVOID

The service from rarewaves is A1 . Brought many cds off them as they have a huge range . I live in Australia @ the items take about 3 weeks to arrive which is great since they come from the U.K

I enjoy expanding my music collection with purchases from Rarewaves. This is due to the large collection of music on Blu-ray, making them the cheapest provider in many cases. However, you do need to be patient for a few weeks for delivery. Additionally, the filter function does not show everything. Should something unexpectedly go wrong with your delivery, there is a customer service that acts quickly and adequately.

Although it take a little longer to arrive, and the shipping info does not show that you will receive several packages (if a large order) you cannot beat the low shipping cost, their sales, and their selection.

Fast and reliable store based in the UK. Great for imports at affordable prices.

Sent an expensive book by TRACKLESS DELIVERY. I received nothing. After a month of this BS, they suddenly come up with a tracking number out of their Backsides and claim the book has been delivered!!!!!!!!!!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Very good service - great prices, with exceptional packaging and delivery. I’ve never received a damaged vinyl from them.

Discovered their website through ebay of all places. Been great for movies as they have discounts on discounts and rewards points. Good range of stock. Dispatch within a week or so, tracking is somewhat useful. They use RM, Yodel inpost for delivery. Inpost gets tracking per parcel, RM does not. Shipping can take anything up to 2 weeks, which can be daunting as I've had stuff take longer. Customer service is good with fast response time. Packaging can be a bit off sometimes. Touch wood, I am yet to have any lost parcels.
