I ordered 2 point 4children dvd series 1-8 I have sent many e mails they do not answer it’s says you can phone us if there was a phone number.i am very disappointed with the company.

Scam company, do not use!
Placed an order which was never received. The company doesn't respond to emails. AVOID.
Having to do a chargeback through my credit card to try and get a refund.

I will be reporting you to fraud and bank as bunk scam arrested as bunch scam people hope they lock u up

UPDATE: They have refunded the full amount, after i threatened legal action.

If only I'd checked Trustpilot first, as I usually do, but so excited to find these dvds, that I forgot.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE. No dvds arrived, no communication or email replies. Reported them to online fraud investigators and the bank is aware.

Illegal pirate DVDs, reporting to trading standards imminently.

I ordered a DVD set, Bodyguards. 1996 mini series. They received my payment last April, 2024. So far I have not received my DVD set. I have sent 4 emails, no response.

Avoid this company!!!!! they take ur money don’t send the product which by the sound of things is just a burnt copy not actual dvd they don’t respond to emails I’ve had to contact my card provider to get money back they don’t allow reviews on there own website for this reason

Had to pay for the postage as I got a card from the Royal Mail with sender hasn't paid enough postage, even though on their website it said Free Delivery! Just be aware that's all.

Item never received did not respond to emails. But was furious because I claimed my money back through chargeback. AVOID!

Do not buy if you want actual proper dvds, ordered my hero season 1 to 6 and was a crappy burnt to disk ones with adverts and things popping up all the time and 360p quality. Also put a review on their site which they didn't allow so wouldn't believe any reviews you see on their site.

Quality was like a pre-recorded VHS tape, certainly watchable and far better than the copies of some of the episodes I found on YouTube (which were also the wrong speed and mirrored). It included the episode that is not currently on YouTube. DVD box has artwork (which could have been trimmed better). All 12 episodes (350 minutes) are on one single sided single layer DVD which must limit the quality somewhat. GIven that the cost of the DVD itself is minimal would be good to offer a choice of better quality on more discs.

I was unhappy with the quality of DVDs sent. However my 5 star review is for the way they responded. Apparently some old programmes were never put on DVD, so the quality will be rather like an old pirate video. This is explained on their website which I did not read. However when I said that I was really unhappy they replied quickly and courteously to my emails and refunded my money. My advice. Ask them what quality to expect when you order.

Excellent love love love ! A big thank you to Rare Tv, I’m watching Renta Ghost on dvd. Great sound and picture quality. The dvd box set came very well packaged with no damage, and I loved the fact the seller put a fragile sticker on the envelope, that was so thoughtful ! I will definitely be using Rare Tv On DVD again. I 100% recommend xxx

Total scammers! If you want to buy disks of youtube videos or DVD rips at extortionate prices then this is for you. As someone who has made dvds for a hobby with no financial incentive myself and for my own use while improving quality i purchased a dvd from them and luckily a cheap one due to skeptism and first time buying but dont believe the "upscaled using expensive pc equipment" this is a way to exploit the clueless as it was YouTube videos not an upscaled HQ video we are talking 240p on some but mostly 360p with prices ranging from £20 to over £100 so I was right to feel sceptical as they are exploiting people making money out of transferring YouTube videos to a disk who don’t know how simple that is to do themselves then creating shoddy covers and selling them as it’s likely easy money as it’s TV shows you can’t get on DVD or shown on TV but there is a lot of mixed messages about public domain which they will use as a main excuse while abusing you when you complain also once you do complain they remove the product and cease responses covering their tracks so you will essentially feel robbed as they will not refund you so dont make the same mistake i did and purchase from these thieves.
