We had an outstanding experience with Luke and Olivia at Michael Graham Buckingham. Luke provided excellent advice on pricing within the local market and listed our property at the very end of 2025. Within just four weeks and multiple viewings, we had accepted an offer, and ten weeks later the sale was completed.

Our smooth and stress-free experience is a real testament to Luke and Olivia, who kept us fully informed at every stage, handling all communication with the buyer and swiftly dealing with any questions, ensuring that nothing held up the sale.

Olivia was always lovely to speak to, and her attention to detail and personal approach were much appreciated.

Ollie came to take the photographs of my house prior to it going on the market. What a pleasure! Here was someone who clearly loves his job. He was so cheerful, friendly and happy as well as being professional and efficient. Putting one's house on the market can be stressful.
