I HAD MY DELIVERY STOLEN BY THE RAPPI DELIVERY PERSON. RAPPI DID NOT HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK.

scammers, they stole my order from me in a violent/physical way and they wouldn't do anything about it

If I could give this service 0 stars, believe me I would. I have never came across and app so unprofessional and just now GAF. 0 recommdendation, I’ll make it my job to bash them for the next few months

If you have the option to use other apps, please do. This is by far the worst app and customer service I have experienced. It is almost impossible to get in touch and if you do, they close the case without solving the issue. Based on 2 years usage (I couldn't use the other delivery app, but now I can use it again). Support local, order directly from the restaurant or use the other known delivery app.

They take no responsibility. Money hungry and horrible service. They don't even pay for their own mistakes.

A total scam. AVOID. We ordered £20 worth of food and it never arrived. What makes it worse is they stole our money too. They cancelled the order, took our money, and then said it had been delivered! I have tried to contact their “customer support” which is non existent, email, instagram and they have told me the food arrived and will not give me a refund.

This is a disgusting business that steals your money. I have no idea how they are still operating.

Didn’t deliver the food and stole the money

The worst delivery app in the world, in every country. What an embarrassment of a service. On multiple occasions I ordered food, waited for 2.5 hours, the app said it was delivered when it wasn't. I contacted the restaurant directly and it turned out it wasn't even aware i made the order through rappi, They said they cancelled my order hours ago because the didn't have my contact number (?!)

And then spent weeks to try to contact customer support (that's very busy understandably because their service is sh*t) and get my refund. I wouldn't recommend rappi even to my biggest enemies :)
besides, there's some glitch on both the app and web version of rappi so i can't even leave a review of my experience.

The rappi stole our food and despite attempting to make right with their customer service they just pocketed the money giving a generic answer

Ordered some groceries in Mexico while on vacation. Then a month later they continued charging me 109 pesos for some apparent subscription service. Can't get them to stop, so had to close paypal account.

DO NOT USE!!! They take your money and NEVER deliver your food and there is no customer service to help you AT ALL.

I ordered my food at 6:40pm Friday 13 December and the delivery time was 7:30pm. The delivery time was changing, to 8pm, then 8:30pm, then 9:30pm, 10pm.

I decided I needed to go to sleep around 10pm because this was absolutely ridiculous and I had given up on waiting for my food. I woke up this morning and it said my food was delivered at 10:45pm. That is 4 hours since I ordered my food and I wasn’t even able to receive it because I chose to meet the driver in person.

There was no option to cancel my order after waiting for 2 hours. 3 hours and even 4 hours.

I am very disappointed that they are not providing me with ANY compensation at all. No refund. Nothing.

I will never use Rappi again.

Fed up with Rappi. It’s literally a 50-50 chance you get your food delivered on time IF AT ALL! They lie about the delivery. A few times now I waited an hour to an hour and a half past the original order delivery time. Only to either get and apology the order was cancelled or it was delivered which it wasn’t. Then go through the hassle of getting a credit or reimbursement. How they stay in business is beyond me.

It's a scam! Do not order food through Rappi, you will never see anything arriving to your door and they will charge your cc!!!

They charged me and said food was delivered but it was not. I cannot find any way to reach them so $$ totally wasted. Never again.

We have been in Ecuador for awhile and even from the beginning we started getting hacked and our credit card numbers stolen. It seems to be only our Paypal card so far as all of our other cards haven't had any issues so far. Also the charges has always with Rappi except for one charge with a phone card company. At first Rappi gave us the names which were probably fake and the emails but refused to say where the food or service was delivered. Now they are refusing to do anything using the same BS that we should contact our bank. All a bank will do is dispute the charge and mostly likely not even contact the business and maybe even force the cancellation of our card forcing us to pay to send another one to Ecuador which is expensive. So the criminals to free. We have seen others complain of the same or similar issues so we believe that a criminal organization has either somehow infiltrated Rappi, its an inside job or the Rappi app is so weak that its easily hacked. All of Latin America is so corrupt and 3rd world. Calling Latin America a developing nation is funny as they never develop. Now its coming to other countries via illegal immigration. Its called Viveza Criolla. Google it on Wikipedia etc We are done Rappi. Please take your criminal behavior or knowledge of it and refusing to stop it elsewhere as my family member that you are stealing from is disabled and ill. All of this BS over less than 20 dollars this time? WE ARE NOW ANGRY
Hemos estado en Ecuador por un tiempo e incluso desde el principio comenzamos a ser hackeados y a robar nuestros números de tarjeta de crédito. Parece que hasta ahora solo es nuestra tarjeta de Paypal, ya que todas nuestras otras tarjetas no han tenido ningún problema hasta ahora. Además, los cargos siempre han sido con Rappi, excepto por un cargo con una compañía de tarjetas telefónicas. Al principio, Rappi nos dio los nombres que probablemente eran falsos y los correos electrónicos, pero se negaron a decir dónde se entregó la comida o el servicio. Ahora se niegan a hacer nada usando la misma tontería de que debemos comunicarnos con nuestro banco. Todo lo que hará un banco es disputar el cargo y lo más probable es que ni siquiera se comunique con la empresa y tal vez incluso obligue a la cancelación de nuestra tarjeta, lo que nos obliga a pagar para enviar otra a Ecuador, lo cual es caro. Así que los criminales son libres. Hemos visto a otros quejarse de los mismos problemas o similares, por lo que creemos que una organización criminal se ha infiltrado de alguna manera en Rappi, es un trabajo interno o la aplicación de Rappi es tan débil que es fácil de hackear. Toda América Latina es tan corrupta y del tercer mundo. Llamar a América Latina una nación en desarrollo es gracioso, ya que nunca se desarrollan. Ahora está llegando a otros países a través de la inmigración ilegal. Se llama Viveza Criolla. Búscalo en Google, Wikipedia, etc. Hemos acabado con Rappi. Por favor, lleva tu comportamiento delictivo o tu conocimiento de ello y no lo detengas en otro lado, ya que el miembro de mi familia al que le estás robando está discapacitado y enfermo. ¿Toda esta tontería por menos de 20 dólares esta vez? Don’t ever use this app!!
I subscribe to their rappi pro service to get free deliveries. But after canceling the subscription they keep pushing the charge on my card literally every single day. And I contacted support about it they do nothing to fix it. It’s Terrible app don’t ever think about trying it!!! My issue still not even fix!

Rappi is notorious for forgetting items and not reimbursing you for the missing items. Please use Didi instead.

Works well until it doesn't. We've had some deliveries cancelled on us. We spent a lot of time building a large grocery order and after one hour waiting they told us it wouldn't deliver until the next day. The following day, they shopped the order, had us choose replacements, and then cancelled delivery. And it's not possible to get any real human in support.

This app is not worth wasting your time. Use Uber Eats instead, it's much more reliable.
