If I could put 0 stars I would do it... it's a disaster! When your order arrives (always late) items are missing... but the worst thing is that on two occasions, our order was canceled after 4 hours of waiting (with 3x the time of the order changed)... 4h!!!!! It's abused! And when we get in touch with the platform by message they assure us that the order will arrive the same day... this is not the case... run away! It's a beautiful bunch of clowns!!!!!

Compré 2 docenas de empanadas, pero me llego una sola sin aviso previo. Me cobraron las dos docenas de empanadas en total ARS 24000 (ARS 12.000 cada una) y Pedidos ya por una docena me reembolsó ARS 999.60. Hize el reclamos en atencion al cliente de pedidos ya, y me dijeron que no pueden hacer nada porque es un sistema automatico. En fin tuvimos una cena amarga por la mala atencion de Pedidos Ya, que solo comisiona por el trabajo de los restaurantes asociados.

I bought 2 dozens of empanadas and it reached to me only 1 dozen without any previous notice that one was missing, being charged both dozens ARS 12.000 each in total ARS 24.000. I request the refund of one dozen and they recognized only ARS ARS 999.60 I contacted customer service and said thay they could not anything because is an automated system. Finally I happy meal was turned into a sour one.
