Ordered 2 kukirin G3 pro’s and arrived 2 days later brilliant service!
Had air in one of the back hydraulic brakes so Fred ordered me a bleed kit to be delivered to my house and i bled the brake myself no absolutely perfect.I enjoyed it so much I proceeded to bleed all 4 brakes 😁
Fred offered to have a local shop do the work and they cover the bill but I chose the bleed kit route myself as I’m confident in these jobs… cheers Fred and cheers rapid scooter master! 👍

Staff very helpful. I needed to cancel my order and without any questions got sorted immediately with stopping bike on depo and organising return. Highly recommended. Grat stock and prices. Also sorting cyclescheme very fast. Definitely will use them again.

I recently purchased a kukirin G3 scooter from rapid scooter master for my son, I had already made a purchase elsewhere online and unfortunately it turned out to be a scam, so when I found rapid scooter master, i spoke to them then purchase the scooter, I have to say they are absolutely brilliant, the scooter arrived within 2 days. Highly recommended.

Kukirin g2 master
Absolutely terrible bought a kukirin g2 master it started loosing power in the rear motor hit about 35kmh on ground mode 3 emailed them took days to reply said the scooter is under warranty and if we came to the shop in london they would put it on the diagnostics and said they would replace the motor if that was the issue and we got there they said they couldn't repair it because it was terrible condition because it was missing the rear mudgaurd which did absolutely nothing and the warranty is clearly a lie just to make you think your covered and we had to drive all the way from wales.

We take all warranty claims seriously, and every case is assessed on an individual basis. When your scooter was brought in, our technicians found clear signs of misuse, including physical damage, a broken mudguard, and excessive dirt and mud throughout. Per the terms of our warranty policy, damage caused by misuse voids the warranty, which is why we were unable to proceed with a free repair on this occasion. We understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, especially after travelling to see us, and we hope you can appreciate our position
Will definitely use Rapid Scooter again.
Dealt with Sam and he was superb. Very helpful and informed about my Ado 20 Pro folding bike questions.
Great service and great price. Awaiting delivery.

My brother ordered both the Kukirin G3…
My brother ordered both the Kukirin G3 and G2 Max from these guys and I ordered the Vipcoo VS9. All 3 scooters came as described. I have rang the staff with many questions and they have always been friendly and helpful, I forgot to add my free pump to the basket and I rang them and they sent me it out free of charge. Absolutely class I 100% recommend rapid scooter :)
