Rapid and 2 other companies came to give me a price for my dads boiler they weren't the cheapest out of the 3 but made me feel comfortable as they knew what they where doing and I was sick of dealing with salesmen calling me at all hours .RR gave me a good price from the get go and I liked that they didnt get involved in bidding wars good value service at a price I was more than happy with.

The process from start to finish, from being in contact with Liam to get the ball rolling right up to John coming out to install our new boiler.. Nothing was too much to ask, answered any question I had, he was polite & friendly, worked efficiently & kept his workspace tidy.
Everything seemed like a breeze, will 100% recommend to family & friends in the future..

I received excellent service every step of the way from rapid response. My boiler packed in unexpectedly and they got me up and running again within a few days ! The engineers were faultless and very professional. I'd highly recommend to anybody looking for any plumbing and heating work.

My boiler packed in at a really inconvenient time, midway through a steaming hot shower.
Luckily the Rapid Response team responded rapidly and were round to my accommodation the next day. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Liam and the service provided.

Very happy with the process start to finish, Liam went through what would be best for our house and we decided to go with a new Combi Boiler. Their engineer John who fitted it was brilliant, clean and tidy work with time taken to explain the new system and how to get the most of it.

My Boiler had a fault code in which left me without heating at the start of the cold snap.
I contacted Rapid Response and within 24 hours they were out to my property to fit the part on the boiler, Courtesy of Liam.

Brilliant company
Company came out to have a look at my faulty boiler when I was shopping around for quotes.
I really appreciated there laid back approach as it was quite stressful at the time having no hot water with a young family
