Rapid response was great our engineer fitter Fran was lovely ,did everything and no mess arrived on time and went through what he had to do ,when finnish he showed me the boiler and the controls and what they meen and shown me how to use the thermostat, told me about the gas checks you have to get every year and what to expect ,yes great job fran very efficient fitted the next day house lovely and warm and hot water thanks again for everything x

The very Pleasant and Customer Orientated Engineer/Fitter arrived On Time; was very polite, engaging and really respectful of both Myself as well as My Home; and was GREAT by any Measure You wish to Apply !!! I was given an Outline of the Installation Plan; was kept and constantly informed and updated throughout the Installation on both the inside as well as the external Works etc. The Engineer worked consistently and kept Me updated on the progress made as well as on the completion of each Phase of the Installation. All debris and other waste was collected, swept-up and placed safely as well as taken away for Professional Disposal; the 'old' Boiler, and its other internal and external 'old' Parts etc. Then, I was given a full and detailed Explanation of how to use the WiFi Control, the Boiler Controls on the Boiler`s Panel itself; and asked if I had any Questions about the Boiler, its Controls etc. etc. before being given the Manual and other Documentation Pack. This Company is Very Very Highly Recommended and TEN STARS would be the Correct Award. Thank You So Very Much Indeed. My Neighbours, Family and Friends have ALL been told about the Professionalism, High Quality Service and Truly Wonderful Experience this Company provides. Thank You, My Heroes !!!

100% recommend Rapid Response and a massive shout out to Fran who carried out the works. Having deliberated for quite a while around having a new boiler and moving it from downstairs to upstairs I got some quotes. Lee contacted me, talked me through what was needed and confirmed that the work could start within days. I could not fault the service these guys delivered. Fran kept me informed throughout, removed my old boiler and tank and installed my new combi in its new location within 2 days and to a high standard. Jill at the office registered my new boiler and all certificates received same day straight to my inbox. I will certainly be using the guys for my ongoing servicing. Professional service delivered at every stage.

Fast and efficient change of boiler
We needed to change our boiler and received a same day very reasonably priced quote. The engineer came within 2 working days and changed the boiled, did all the necessary work around this from 8 am to 2 pm and explained how to care for the boiler and gave us tip on how to save on bills. Very happy with this company

Superb Level of Professional Service
We arranged for RRH to service and certify a boiler & hob - at fairly short notice - in a property for which access arrangements have previously been notoriously difficult.
The on-site work was expeditiously completed (without drama) and the necessary documentation promptly emailed to us.
We have been offered a five-year plan for the annual servicing and certification of these appliances at a substantially discounted rate, which offer we have gladly accepted.

Didn't want to know!
An engineer came to service my boiler and I was told everything was okay. The following day, we woke up to no heating as the boiler had lost pressure. I wasn't overly alarmed as this can happen, especially after being worked on. But the next day same thing and the next and the next. Rapid Response would not come out and completely wiped their hands of the problem. We had no issues with the pressure before the service and I just wanted them to rectify what was probably a simple fix. Disappointed!
EDIT... the issue that I asked to be checked was not a pressure issue. It was to do with the ignition and had happened the week before. I assumed all areas would be checked on the service but just mentioned this so particular attention could be taken when servicing. I asked to speak to the engineer, who I was promised would phone me back, he never did. Had he contacted me, I could have clarified the issue we had the week before was a different one to the pressure and we haven't had that fault code again since anyway. I felt fobbed off as I felt something had been done/not done during the service to create an issue with the pressure because as explained, we hadn't had a pressure issue before. I do feel that if the engineer had bothered to contact me, then I could have explained this. Instead he misunderstood the message that was given to him and I didn't get the phone call I was promised. I'm not in the habit of posting bad reviews. I just felt disappointed by the customer service I was given as I would've expected better from a family run business.
