Brand new camping car 896F

Brand new camping car 896F. First holiday plastic trim blew off from around the windscreen. Arrive on site and all Elyria have packed up. 24 hour helpline said it was battery problem and being Saturday night we will need to wait till Tuesday, no fridge no lights no fan, outside step stuck out. Now Monday and rang rapidity direct they were rude and said all there people are at a saloon and I would need to wait till Tuesday. Well holiday over, need to remove step now to try and get home. Buy at your peril, but don’t expect any help.

huge disappointment

huge disappointment. Apart from the problems encountered immediately after purchase, the after-sales service does not exist. We wrote several e-mails to the dealer without receiving a reply. In addition, we were not able to get the technical data sheet for the vehicle in order to be able to fit the solar panels. They want to force us to let the dealers do the work. We had to turn to the consumer protection service.
Too bad!
