Despite having an initial tech issues initially due to an isolated issue from their client side, the support team has promptly reached out to me to explain the issue and they took the feedback seriously. The process was quite simple.

Application process wa straight forward, but the id verification was a nightmare for one applications. Took constant messaging to agree that the id verification was completed first time and 2 days wasted asking for the same information. Application took 4 days, so not very rapid!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your frustrations regarding your experience with our compliance requirements.
We have reviewed your order and can confirm that the ID verification process was not completed successfully on the first attempt, and we are unable to find any correspondence suggesting otherwise.
The application was submitted to us on 1st June. On the same day, the company officer submitted a passport as proof of address; however, as passports do not display a residential address, we were unfortunately unable to accept this document. At that time, the officer was notified, and our IT team has confirmed that an email notification would also have been sent to you as the account holder.
On 2nd June, the company officer submitted a second document. Unfortunately, this was submitted as a screenshot, and some of the required information had been cropped out. As a result, we were unable to accept this document as well. An email notification was again sent to both the officer who submitted the document and to you as the account holder to advise of the failed verification.
The officer then submitted an acceptable document on 3rd June, and the company was then submitted to Companies House for incorporation.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, due to the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, and Money Laundering Regulations 2017, we are legally required to ensure that all compliance requirements are fully satisfied before proceeding, and from our compliance team’s perspective, we can confirm that notification emails are automatically sent to clients whenever submitted documentation does not meet the necessary requirements.
Please accept our apologies once more for any inconvenience caused.
