Not the most seamless
Not the most seamless. I was stuck at the 'unique email' ID part and I asked for help but no one relied. Your company name vetting process is not the best as your portal accepted my name but then it was rejected. I felt the service was not personalised.
We need more guidance upfront before we start.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. We are sorry to hear that your incorporation process was not as seamless as we would have expected.
I can see that you sent us an email in the morning after you were unable to provide a unique email address within the application, which prevented you from submitting it. Your email was picked up within two working hours; however, by that time the application had already been submitted and the issue raised in your email had been resolved. As a result, the agent did not send a follow-up response.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Although the original query had been resolved, the agent should still have replied to confirm this, and we sincerely apologise that this did not happen.
For email correspondence, we aim to respond within one working day. However, for urgent queries, we always recommend using our live chat function, where you can speak directly with an agent, or alternatively giving us a call. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.
We also sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the rejection of your company name. To clarify, our company name checker is directly linked to Companies House and is designed to identify whether an exact or very similar name is already registered. When you initially searched your proposed name, it showed as available, meaning there was no identical or closely matching company name registered at that time. As a result, there was no indication during your initial search or our final review prior to submission that the name would be rejected.
However, your proposed company name did contain a sensitive word that required prior permission for use. Our company name checking tool ordinarily highlights when a sensitive name is contained within a word. Unfortunately, we have been unable to ascertain if this showed when you were forming your company name. However, our pre-submission review team should have been notified of this requirement at the point of submission, and we sincerely apologise that this was not communicated to you. We have already begun reviewing our processes to identify how we can provide clearer guidance and improved notifications to clients when a proposed company name contains a sensitive word requiring approval.
Please accept our apologies once more for any convenience caused. Your feedback is incredibly important to us and helps us continue improving both our services and the overall customer experience.
