Their attention to detail is excellent. I have used RapidDirect for approximately 1,000 various machined pieces, and haven't had a single issue.

RapidDirect did a good job in helping us transition our products from prototyping stage to pilot production stage. I'm happy with the balance between cost and lead time and their capability of multiple manufacturing methods (i.e., CNC-machining, 3D-printing). One thing I'd like to see improvement is on manufacturing process control moving towards mass production.
