Always professional from quoting to developing to product delivery

Top service - very friendly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction by Tina Liu the sales rep. Quality of parts with top finish, deliver time as promised. also noteworthy is their excellent packaging to protect parts from damage.

This was my first project involving manufacturing parts, so I don't have the experience of what to look out for when designing and needed some assistance. I inquired other companies as well but only Rapid Direct offered to assist me with the development. Their sales engineer took all of my questions and came back with suggestions within hours. She never got tired of my "ideas" and gathered all the tips and solutions also from other engineers.

I was even able to test different design solutions before committing to the final one and all of these quotes very done quickly and without any complaints about the extensive engineering support for my tiny project.
The final prototype had perfect quality and arrived in a packaging which I have not seen before. Each piece individually and carefully packed in fine paper with proper labelling. Like jewelry. Shipment was also very quick. The price was similar to the other offers but those were without the extensive support.
I'm very satisfied with the handling of my project and I can clearly recommend Rapid Direct.

I needed some PA6GF30 parts CNCd and was looking to try Rapid Direct as I've heard good things. The experience was great.

RapidDirect did a great job. We needed a certain quantity of bigger plastic parts to fill the gap until FOT parts were available and that rather quickly.
Thanks to Henry and his team for excelent support and the advice to chose vacuum casting to get numerous reliable prototype parts quickly at a reasonable pricing. We were exited of the quality, nevertheless the whole process from ordering via website to shipment is arranged in a very efficient way.

it is a professional machine facility with very good price. tried couple time for make small parts with aluminum to make some fixtures. The fab time is relatively couple days shorter AND price is about half of those local store nearby. You can't beat it!
