Rakuten still owe me £30. They banned my account on purpose and I seeked help for 3 months. Still didn’t get any reply. They stated that I have suspicious activity and see im trying to use their reward system. Like what do you even mean?? Of course im trying to use your app or else why am i downloading it and trusting you buying from your app. I just want my money back thanks.

I admit I thought at first it was going to end up some kind of con or misleading but no, what I purchased via the Rakuten app I did receive cashback for and surprisingly slightly more than I thought too and has now been paid back out to my bank account. As yet, hopefully will continue they have not asked me for any money nor for bank details to withdraw from debit card. I will be continuing to use this service...

Great way to get some money back on your shopping, I wish it were for many other stores that I use.
I like most that they pay you whenever and you don't have to keep checking and ask for the money to be sent.

I never believed to be true until I received my cashback on 16th February 2026 and October 2025. It's worth using the app and will urge anyone to do same. Thumbs up 👍

An easy click of the rakuten button before purchasing online and once you’ve made a few purchases you recieve real cash into your paypal account. Would recommend

I trust these cashback ppl. Not had a pay-out yet though. Occaisional better rate on Ebay is the deal closer

Yeah at first it was a chew in but after a few mth I got used to there way with other cashback sites they let you build up your piggy bank but with Rakenten they pay you mthly it the funds have cleared im used to building up a lump then havin a big splurge on shopin but it works. Try it

I've given up with Rakuten.

I place orders with Sainsburys most weeks.

Cashback never tracks and its terribly stressful to constantly raise queries.

Come on Rakuten - either sort out these Sainsburys issues (which are just the same with Topcashback) or simply stop suggesting that cashback can be earned with Sainsburys.
